Jörg Hochberger

Jörg Hochberger brings almost 30 years of experience in the kitchen industry, including leading positions at internationally renowned consumer electronics brands such as Sony, Casio, and Samsonite. While he has also gained experience in marketing and product management, his primary focus is clearly on sales.

 

Hochberger began his career in the kitchen industry at Blanco GmbH & Co. KG, where he led sales for Germany for almost 10 years, significantly expanding the business, successfully implementing internal reorganizations, and substantially increasing profits. This was followed by senior sales positions at Electrolux Deutschland GmbH and Schüller Möbelwerk GmbH, most recently with responsibility for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

 

Today, Hochberger advises companies in the kitchen industry – and occasionally also manufacturing companies in other sectors. His expertise covers all market segments in the kitchen market: kitchen furniture, appliances, and accessories. His work focuses on restructuring, business development, sales strategy, recruiting, and the systematic development of new customer business .

Udo Heckelsberger 

Udo Heckelsberger holds a degree in business administration and an MBA in Leadership, Digital & Business Transformation.

 

He has many years of experience as Director of Marketing, Business Unit Leader, and member of the Executive Board. In various leadership roles, he successfully oversaw the development of new business units and held P&L responsibility for key corporate functions. His areas of expertise include marketing, business development, and product management.

 

His career in the kitchen industry began as a product manager at BLANCO GmbH + Co. KG. There, he developed the kitchen faucet business from the ground up and, together with his team, led it to a top position in the global market. He also gained sales experience and later headed the entire marketing and product management team.

 

Since 2021, Heckelsberger has worked as an independent consultant, primarily in the kitchen industry, supporting companies with strategy, business development, portfolio management, and growth projects – always with the goal of achieving sustainable, measurable success. He is fluent in German and English.

From conflicts to successes – our basis for consulting

Udo Heckelsberger was Senior Product Manager for kitchen faucets at BLANCO when Jörg Hochberger took over the management of the entire sales organization for the German market. This marked the beginning of a collaboration that was intense, often contentious – but above all, exceptionally successful. Marketing/Product and Sales, with their differing perspectives on the same goal, regularly clashed. However, it was precisely this friction that led to bold decisions, innovative approaches, and outstanding results.

 

After several years, Udo Heckelsberger, head of internal sales, moved to the sales side himself for the first time – now with Jörg Hochberger as his superior. Their shared perspective on challenges changed, mutual understanding grew, and the collaboration reached a new level.

 

Later, Heckelsberger took over as Marketing Director, assuming responsibility for all product management and global marketing communications. This increased the potential for conflict once again – and also the intensity of the discussions. But it was precisely this productive debate, always with the goal of finding the best solution for the company and not for one's own department, that became the foundation of their greatest shared successes.

 

Today, precisely this mix of perspectives, experience and constructive debate culture forms the basis of their consulting: a unit of marketing/product and sales that works strategically, pragmatically and highly effectively.
